Mr. Asela Kalugampitiya, President of Asia Pasific Evaluation Association (APEA) and Mr. Samantha Pathirathna, Chairman of PASS Asia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to offer regional level M&E and professionalization of evaluation courses as virtual education with the participation of regional resource persons and stakeholders.
