PASS Asia served the Research, Consultancy and Training Needs and Wants for more than a Decade

Each year of PASS Asia had marked remarkable solution generation and delivery in Research, Consultancy and Training to delight the service users. Further, uniquely designed solutions to meet the needs of the clients had increased the number of clients and thus the number of solutions generated per year. The Track Record of PASS Asia is classified in to two main categories and arranged in years, with the latest on the top: Research and Consultancy Assignments as on Category; and Training & Development and Facilitation as another category.  Our exclusive Board of Directors and core staff and core consultants are representing Sinhala, Tamil and Muslim community members as a true demonstration towards ethnic integration for peaceful solutions. The following list presents the Themes for the Year of PASS Asia to be one of the leaders in the Sri Lankan Research, Consultancy and Training Industry:

  • Clients & Customers By the end of 2010, about 5000 clients and customers were served by us with the significant growth average in each year. These clients and customers represented a wide array of service users including private, government, NGO and different other organizations as explained in the relevant space. In year 2011 we are targeting new client and customer segments with more international focus in addition to the existing. View Clients
  • RCT Solutions By the end of 2010, about 500 Research, Consulting and Training (RCT) Solutions were generated by us. PASS Asia was involved in diversified and challenging solution generation with both national and international clients and customers to reach supernormal PERFORMANCE. In year 2011 we have launched truly diversified solution packages with as a result of long term macro economic research findings. Solutions
  • Staff & Consultants Since 1999 PASS Asia has employed over 400 human resources for different categories including core staff, core consultants, regular consultants, project staff, part-time consultants, interns, outsourced staff etc. Apart from that, an average of 15 core staff and core consultants were contracted by PASS Asia at any given year for its solution generation and delivery throughout the past 10 years.
